The Process from Reservation to Service Completion
STEP 01
Quick Inquiry via WhatsApp
Simply add us on WhatsApp and send a message to start your booking! To help us assist you faster, please provide the following

STEP 02
Schedule Confirmation
& Sitter Selection
After receiving your message, we will immediately check the availability of sitters who meet your requirements.
We will match your child with the most suitable sitter from SAKURA KIDS CARE's carefully selected staff.
*Sitter availability is subject to change.
*A total of $80 will be charged at the time of payment ($50 booking fee + $30 sitter transfer fee).
STEP 03
Sitter Confirmation
& Payment Link
Once your sitter is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation notice, your quote, and a payment link.
Please review the details and complete the payment within 24 hours.
STEP 04
Reservation confirmed
Once the payment is complete, please send us a quick "Payment Done" message in the chat.
We will verify the transaction and send you a "Booking Confirmed" message to finalize everything.
STEP 05
Meet Your Sitter
& Enjoy Japan!
After arriving in Japan, we'll coordinate via chat and have the sitter meet you at your designated location (hotel, etc.).
While your child enjoys their time, please relax and enjoy sightseeing in Japan!
STEP 06
Service Completion
& Easy Extension
The service concludes at the scheduled time.
If you’re having a great time and wish to extend the service, simply scan the QR code provided by your sitter for a quick and easy additional payment.

What Kind of babysitter will come ?
Our babysitters are experienced professionals with practical backgrounds in childcare and education.
They are trained in safety management and basic first aid, so you can rest assured that your child is in caring and capable hands.
How far in advance should I make a reservation ?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability,
but same-day requests may also be accepted depending on the schedule.
What is your cancellation policy ?
Our cancellation fees are as follows:
・Up to 1 week before the booking: 80% of the total fee
・Up to 48 hours before: 50% of the total fee
・Within 24 hours: 100% (non-refundable)
We kindly ask that you plan your booking in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
How much is the sitter’s transportation fee ?
A transportation fee of $20 per visit will be charged separately.
Our pricing is transparent so that you can use our service with peace of mind.
Can you care for more than one child ?
Yes, we can look after multiple children.
An additional fee of $10 per hour will be charged for each extra child.
Please let us know the number of children in advance so we can ensure their safety and comfort.
Is there a fee for inquiries?
Consultations and quote requests are completely free. Payment is only required once you have officially confirmed your booking, so please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Can you come to our hotel or vacation rental?
Yes, we can provide care at your hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental. Please provide the specific address and room number when booking. For hotel stays, please inform the front desk in advance that a babysitter will be visiting.
Can you accompany us on outings or take my child for a walk?
Yes, we are happy to accompany your family to theme parks or take your child to a nearby park or for a walk. Please note that any entrance fees or transportation costs incurred during the outing for the sitter must be covered by the client.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely online, so you don’t need to worry about preparing cash on the day of the service.
What is the fee during the event period?
A 1.5x seasonal rate applies during the following periods:
Christmas Period: Dec 23rd – Dec 26th
New Year Period: Dec 27th – Jan 4th
Is there insurance coverage in case of accident?
Yes, our service is fully covered by liability insurance. While we prioritize safety above all else, we have comprehensive coverage in the unlikely event of an accident or injury during the sitting.
