Our service applies the following rules regarding cancellations after your reservation has been confirmed.
Due to the nature of the service, refunds cannot be issued on the same day of the scheduled sitting.

• Up to 1 week before :
  80% of the total fee will be charged
• Up to 48 hours before :
  50% of the total fee will be charged
• Within 24 hours :
  Non-refundable (100% of the total fee)

In the case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or suspension of transportation services,
